Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for DARKSWAN Events + individuals

Thank you for choosing DARKSWAN for your learning and immersive experiences. We strive to offer engaging and transformative events, and we understand that sometimes, changes to your plans are necessary. Below you will find our straightforward cancellation and rescheduling policy.
 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find yourself unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, you can cancel your participation. To do so, please inform us as follows:
 
  • Notification: Send your cancellation request in writing to info@darkswan.uk or use the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.
  • Fee: A flat administration fee of £50 will apply to all cancellations to cover processing and event preparation costs.
 

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you wish to reschedule your attendance to a different date:
 
  • Notification: You can reschedule your participation by sending us a request in writing to info@darkswan.uk or through the reschedule link sent in your confirmation email.
  • Fee: No administration fee will be charged for rescheduling your ticket to another date.
 

GENERAL TERMS

  1. Refunds: If you have cancelled your event, the refund, minus the administration fee, will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving your cancellation notice.
  2. Confirmation: All changes to your bookings (cancellations or rescheduling) will be confirmed via email.
  3. Support: Our team is here to help if you have any questions or need assistance with the cancellation or rescheduling process.
